Background and Discussion:
Harris County Precinct 2 submitted a request to modernize the existing facility to reduce long term maintenance costs and align with the needs of the community to improve the overall user experience. This amendment includes Exhibit A Scope of Services in the professional architectural and engineering services agreement, which was missing in the original agreement approved in 06/11/2026 Court.
Expected Impact:
This amendment does not change scope, costs or timeline. Proposal for professional services as already based on Exhibit A Scope of Services. This amendment will make the agreement whole as originally intended.
