Background and Discussion:
The County entered into an agreement with MBCO Engineering LLC on March 27, 2025, to provide professional services for the Sidewalk - Various Locations HCMUD 102 - 2024. Approval of the study report will conclude the Study Phase and initiate the Design Phase.

Expected Impact:
The study is anticipated to support proposed mobility and drainage improvements along major roadways within HC MUD 102 and Precinct 4. The project will enhance safety, mobility, and capacity specific to each location to provide safer travel for pedestrians.

Alternative Options:
