The recommended Annual Budget for Harris County includes a proposed appropriation budget of $3,096 million for the Harris County General Fund.
The recommended Annual Budget for the Harris County Flood Control District includes a proposed appropriation budget of $266 million for the Harris County Flood Control Fund.
