Request by the Constable of Precinct 7 for approval of a second amendment to the agreement for law enforcement services with Missionary Village Apartments Company for the purpose of changing the start date of services to June 23, 2026 and accordingly revising the payment amounts for these services.

Background and Discussion:
On or about February 26, 2026, the County and the District entered into an Agreement for the provision of law enforcement services on a fee basis in the geographical area represented by the Association.
On or about June 11, 2026, the County and the District amended the Agreement for the first time for the purpose of changing the start date of services and accordingly revising the payment amounts for these services.
The County and the Association now desire to amend the Agreement for a second time for the purpose of (i) changing the start date of services; and (ii) accordingly revising the payment amounts for these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Association, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, do mutually agree.
The services to be performed under this Agreement shall begin on June 23, 2026, and end on September 30, 2026.
