Background and Discussion:
Harris County is required to obtain an annual independent audit of its financial records and fiscal affairs. The County also requires external audit services for the Harris County Flood Control District and certain registry funds maintained by the County Clerk and District Clerk.
Following a competitive procurement process conducted by the Purchasing Department, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP was selected to provide these external audit services. The proposed agreement will provide for the annual audits of the County's and related entities' financial statements and other required audit services.
