Background and Discussion:
The Putting Assets to Work (PAW) Initiative was originally designed to strategically deploy County-owned real estate to generate revenue, support community-benefit projects, and create long-term value. One example of a hybrid site would be an affordable housing development that both creates affordable housing and can provide a lease payment to the HCHFC or HCPFC.
