Background and Discussion:
The Office of the County Engineer (OCE) with the assistance of the Office of Purchasing Agent procured Job No. 26/0147. The contractor shall assist the department with the evaluation, planning, coordination, marketing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management of residential, commercial, and other County real property on a case-by-case, as-needed basis. Services performed under this agreement may include site reconnaissance and assessment visits, review of appraisals, negotiation through closing, relocation assistance, and other specialized real property assignments as directed by the department.
