The project area is located in the Northwest area bounded by Barwood Subdivision on the North, N Eldridge Pkwy on the East, Fallbrook Dr on the South, and Marrs Dr on the West. The subdivision is specifically bounded on the West by HCFCD Unit E133-00-00, on the East by HCFCD Unit E132-00-00. The Tower Oaks Meadows Subdivision primarily served by roadside ditch drainage systems that are directed East to N Eldridge Pkwy, West to HCFCD Unit E133-00-00 and North to an existing storm sewer within a back lot easement on the common line between Tower Oaks Meadows and Barwood Subdivision.
