Background and Discussion:
As part of the subdivision development, D.R. Horton donated the roadway ROW and constructed Butterfield Road within the development boundary. D.R. Horton also provided the detention for the proposed Butterfield Road. The County is to contribute the funds to extend Butterfield Road from the development boundary to Ella Boulevard as part of the development plan. D.R. Horton has designed and constructed Butterfield Road extension. The amendment is for Harris County to pay the final County share for the design and construction.
Expected Impact:
Provide both vehicle and pedestrian access to the new subdivision.
