Background and Discussion:
The Proposed project is a pedestrian bridge over White Oak Bayou from Oakbrook Greenspace to De Soto St. The prefabricated steel truss is 200 feet in length with the overall bridge being 525 feet.
The proposed improvements will be a Pedestrian Bridge, approximately 220' feet span with a 14-ft clear width, and Trail to that will connect the Acres Homes neighborhood to the existing Trail on west-side of White Oak Bayou. Proposed improvements conflict with Centerpoint pole that is within a Centerpoint public easement.

Expected Impact:
Approval of the Agreement will resolve the conflict with CenterPoint, and the project will move forward

Alternative Options:
There are no alternative options, the CenterPoint facilities must be relocated.
