Background and Discussion:
Matthew Donovan serves as an Interim Member, as recommended by the current members of the LGBTQIA+ Commission. He will continue to serve as an Interim Member, Position 3, as provided by Article 3, Section 1 of the LGBTQIA+ Commission Bylaws. As an Interim Member, he will serve a one-year term, but otherwise retain all regular commission member authorities.
