"Hydrate the Officers," is a program where Houston Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association (HCPAAA) provides water year-round to the Officers. This sponsorship will provide 10 pallets of water for use by the Houston Police Department Patrol Stations at their Midwest, Northwest, South Gessner, Southwest, and Westside locations.
