Background and Discussion:
TC Jester Boulevard is a major throughfare. The missing 1,000-foot segment of TC Jester Boulevard between Aldine Westfield Road and Beltway 8 will be designed and constructed to complete the corridor including a bridge over Greens Bayou, reduce congestion on Veterans Memorial Drive, improve access to the Houston National Cemetery, and create a connection point for future Greens Bayou trail.
