Background and Discussion:
Spring Independent School District is constructing a new campus and a traffic impact analysis was conducted as part of the development. The traffic impact analysis warranted a dedicated eastbound right turn lane at the intersection of the Cypresswood Drive and Aldine Westfield Road. The County had a project at the intersection for other improvements and it was determine that it would be more cost effective and efficient to partner with Spring Independent School District to include the eastbound right turn lane as part of the County project.
Expected Impact:
This project will improve operations at the intersection and improve mobility.
