Background and Discussion:
Precinct 1 wishes to make improvements to Finnigan Park and Hester House including Renovations to YET Center, rehabilitation of existing parking lot, renovations to the Community Center. This Award is for A/E firm to provide design services through the design phase, bidding phase and construction phase of the project.
Expected Impact:
Approval to award contract to the selected vendor of A/E design services will allow the project to be designed to provide benefits to the community surrounding Finnigan Park and Hester House.
