Background and Discussion:
On September 14, 2021, the contract was awarded in Commissioner's Court. Approval is now requested for an extension of the existing contract through December 01, 2026.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this extension allows HCPL personnel to continue providing new and current materials for
the County Library by allowing us to ethically dispose of old/worn out/damaged materials.
