Background and Discussion:
On 6/11/26, Commissioners Court approved updated CDBG-MIT and CDBG-DR project lists along with a strategy for implementing the CDBG-DR program within the existing programmatic deadline. In that item, the title of one of the projects added to the CDBG-DR project lists was incorrect due to an inadvertent error. The South Mayde Creek Channel Conveyance Improvements and Stormwater Detention project was included in the CDBG-DR project list additions; the project title should have been Stormwater Detention Basin on South Mayde Creek near the Grand Parkway-Phase 1. This item is needed to correct the error.
