Background and Discussion:
The Resiliency Fund is an ARPA-funded, Early Childhood Initiatives program that provides developmental and therapeutic interventions to young children exposed to domestic violence and intimate partner violence. The Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (HCDVCC) was selected to administer the program.
HCDVCC is now seeking a cost-neutral amendment to the budget to reallocate funds among the existing budget categories so that they may fully utilize their remaining funds to support the Harris County residents impacted by domestic violence and providing technical assistance (TA) to the organizations providing therapeutic services through the Resiliency Fund program.
