The United States Department of Justice award is a pass-through grant from the Houston Police Department (HPD). The grant funds were awarded to fund a paralegal position with the Harris County District Attorney's Office to provide legal, investigative, and prosecutorial support for the HCDAO-ICAC prosecutors as well as investigators with the Houston Police Department.
