Background and Discussion:
These engineering service agreements ensure that the collection, review, and combination of the roadway, structural, and facility inspection data is combined into a report that meets the requirements as required by the Trust Indentures that secure HCTRA's revenue bonds.
Expected Impact:
This work brings value to both our routine maintenance contracts as well as builds the foundation of information for our state of good repair construction contracts, both of which aim to achieve a high level of service for all Harris County residents.
