Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project is being amended:
2020 - 2024 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2025-005 Harris County Public Facilities and Improvement Program - obligate $130,141.59 in PY2020, $1,835,630.21 in PY2021, $713,291.06 in PY2022, $59,071.20 in PY2023, and $1,515,016.11 in PY2024 CDBG funds. Total project funding, including previously awarded entitlement and/or program income amounts, will be $9,743,489.77.
Expected Impact:
Approval is required to use the 2025 funds to support Public Facilities and Infrastructure Improvements projects.
