Harris County is committed to providing a safe, productive, and secure workplace and has adopted policies for a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace to meet that goal.
Expected Impact:
Employees need to report to work in an appropriate mental and physical condition to perform their job safely and effectively. Alcohol and drug utilization may pose a threat o the health and safety of our employees and to the security of County equipment and facilities. This contract continues to provide employee drug and alcohol screening services to comply with Harris County's policy of a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace.
