Background and Discussion:
On April 20, 2026 Precinct 1 submitted a request for an on-call term contract for Concrete Pavement Repair. The contract will address concrete construction and maintenance on an as-needed basis.
The contract shall be a multi-award on a best bids basis to (1) ECM Construction LLC, (2) Queen Constructors, and (3) DL Glover Utilities.
Expected Impact:
Awarding of this contract will provide Precinct 1 with a readily available resource for concrete construction, repair, and related improvements throughout the precinct.
