Background and Discussion:
The TVC Financial Assistance Grant enables VSD to provide rental, utility and personal vehicle repair assistance to Harris County veterans, their dependents and surviving spouses who are experiencing a financial emergency. This will be the 6th year VSD has been awarded the grant.
