Background and Discussion:
The project involves the construction of a 4 lane Boulevard with storm drain, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. In order to achieve the desired result, additional land is needed for road ROW, a detention basin, and also for temporary drainage easements outside the road ROW. The temporary drainage easements will be used to construct shallow swales outside the road ROW, so as to not block drainage on private property. If and when the adjacent property is developed, the temporary drainage easements will no longer be needed and can be vacated.

Expected Impact:
The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians, and drivers.

Alternative Options:
If no action is taken, there will be delays in area mobility improvement.
