Background and Discussion:
Frassati Catholic High School will be expanding their campus and will be generating trips that will impact the intersection of Spring Stuebner Road at Frassati Way, particularly the eastbound left turn lane. The extension of the eastbound left turn lane will improve safe traffic flow along Spring Stuebner Road.

Expected Impact:
This project will improve safe traffic flow along Spring Stuebner Road.

Alternative Options:
There is no alternative option, without the extension of the eastbound left turn lane, the traffic flow through the intersection is anticipated to deteriorate when the school expands.
