Background and Discussion:
On September 19, 2024, the County and the Contractor entered into an Agreement (the "Agreement") with Locke Lord LLP to obtain Locke Lord LLP, through Crystal Brown, as a liaison for Harris County with the members of the legislature, legislative committees, state agencies, and state officials in Austin, Texas (the "Services").
On April 16, 2025, the Agreement was assigned to Troutman Pepper Locke LLP.
On May 14, 2026, the Agreement was assigned to Troutman Pepper Locke Strategies LLC.
The Parties desire to amend the agreement for the first time ("First Amendment") to add language to the Agreement.
