Background and Discussion:
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for
administering the Ryan White Program. The GY 2026-2027 Final Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) in the amount of $20,112,284 from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris
County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section. The previous year (GY 2025-2026) funding ended on February 28, 2026.
Expected Impact:
The current grant year base funding under the County's Ryan White Part A grant is $28,299,015.00.
