Background and Discussion:
The New Active Shooter Training Facility as part of the 2022 Safety Bond Program, Proposition A. The new facility will include Office areas, Breakroom for 16, two Classroom/Clearing/Debrief, Equipment Dispense areas and two Sims training (scenarios) areas. This contract amendment provides for additional professional design services related to the development of documents to procure Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).
Expected Impact:
Approval of the Professional Services Amendment will allow the Technical Consultant to provide expertise in the selection of, and development of procurement documentation for, the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) required for the new facility.
