Expected Impact:
Expecting 1000 guests. Setup begins at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm 09/18/2026 with breakdown by 12:00 pm on 09/18/2026. Each team entry fee is $150 on the day of the event. Property use will include the sidewalks, all three pavilions, fields, parking lots, and walking paths that run throughout the park property. Amplified music, barricades, signs, flagged areas for the running course, tents, canopies, booths, road closures towards the rear of the park for the canoeing launch area and the Mother Earth parking lot. Money collected will go towards awards, future race supplies, security fees, and the cross country meet personal.
