Background and Discussion:
Harris County wished to terminate the Marwood Homeowners Association agreement and would no longer like to provide irrigation sleeves. The Cypress North Houston Road expansion project was redesigned in a fashion that resulted in the irrigation sleeve agreement no longer desired.

Expected Impact:
The amendment will result in Harris County no longer providing irrigation sleeves and the $3,600 to be refunded to the Marwood Homeowners Association.
