Background and Discussion:
This interlocal agreement will take financial responsibility away from the County for the non-standard elements including the enhancement of the medians with the addition of landscape, construction of entry monuments, and a temporary driveway across future Mason Road and related appurtenances to be constructed by Harris County Municipal District No. 535.
