Background and Discussion:
Requesting additional funding for the FiServ/First Data contract due to increased transaction fees from increased credit card payments after the TxDOT migration. Additionally, the credit card brands (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) have increased passthrough fees. Additionally, more credit card devices are required for the new EZ Tag stores.
