Background and Discussion:
Vendor will landscape common area of Orchard Place in a community owned by Harris County for Housing and Community Development - Single Family New Construction Program.
Expected Impact:
The landscaping of the common area will complete Orchard Place for the homes to be sold to eligible applicants that meet the low to moderate income (LMI) requirements.
Alternative Options:
Without common area landscaping complete we would not meet the General Land Office deadlines
and could potentially end the project.
