Background and Discussion:
Precinct 4 is interested in purchasing the property and all fixtures and equipment to expand Community Center portfolio in the Alief area. This facility provides additional services that we do not have in the area like an outdoor pool and gym.
Expected Impact:
The facility allows the precinct to expand services to the youth and provides another location to serve as a point of distribution or shelter during disasters.
