Background and Discussion:
The roadway project includes piped storm drain conveyance, to L113-00-00 then ultimately to Little Cypress Creek. The interlocal agreement documents MUD 581 cost to upsize the conveyance to the benefit of MUD 581.

Expected Impact:
The outcome of the interlocal agreement will allow both Harris County and MUD 581 to partner on shared regional goals.

Alternative Options:
An alternative to the interlocal agreement would be for Harris County and HC MUD 581 to provide storm drain conveyance separately, which is not an optimal arrangement.
