Background and Discussion:
Tidwell Road construction with the new bridge over Greens Bayou was completed in late 2023. The original
engineer of record, Sirrus Engineering, did not respond to the multiple requests to prepare LOMR, and
subsequently the contract was terminated. Quiddity Engineering, LLC was selected to prepare a Letter of Map
Revision (LOMR) to document the post-construction floodplain conditions with the influence of the newly
constructed 8 spans, 650 feet long, bridge over Greens Bayou.
Expected Impact:
Prepare LOMR documents for Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for review and approval.
