Background and Discussion:
Project includes the mowing and maintenance of Humble camp at various locations throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to compensate the Contractor for the work completed within the mowing cycle of this contract. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Office of the County Engineer. This project seeks to assist the alleviation of debris in the community all while mowing and weed eating, esplanades and ditches.
