Background and Discussion:
Project management is a critical component of Harris County Universal Services ability to deliver complex infrastructure, technology, and operational initiatives. Radio manages multi-year capital programs that require integration across procurement, vendor management, technology deployment, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance. As Countywide Radio Systems modernization efforts continue to advance, the scope of work has expanded significantly in both size and complexity. The Senior Project Manager position dedicated to Radio programs is necessary to ensure continuity, risk mitigation, and the timely delivery of high-impact projects.
The Senior Project Manager is a strategic, high-impact role within Harris County Universal Services, responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
