Background and Discussion:
On November 29, 2022, Harris County Public Health (HCPH) and Harris Health System (HHS) entered into an interlocal agreement (ILA) in the amount of $819,170 for EpicCare access and related support services. Upon approval at Commissioners Court today on May 14, 2026, both parties will enter a new ILA which offers new functionality by incorporating new modules to support clinical health, dental health, and social support services case management within a single, integrated system.

Expected Impact:
Approval of this mutual termination agreement will allow seamless transition from the previous ILA to the new one without any overlap between the two agreements.
