Background and Discussion:
Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Public Funds Investment Act, Section 2256.023, the following investment reports are hereby transmitted: the FY26 second quarter report reflecting current quarter activity, along with the FY25 fourth quarter and FY26 first quarter revised reports, in compliance with Section 2256.023 reporting requirements. The department certifies, to the best of our knowledge, Harris County remains in compliance with the Government Code and the County's adopted investment policies and strategies.
