Background and Discussion:
Community engagement services were rendered based on a proposal submitted by the vendor that ultimately included staff not on the original proposal, in order to process those payments a settlement agreement was deemed necessary. Both OMB and the vendor agree that the services were rendered to satisfaction and agree to the payment.
