Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project is being amended:
2025 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2025-004 Harris County Housing Rehabilitation & Repair Program - obligate $492,274.00 in PY2025 CDBG funds. Total project funding, including previously awarded entitlement and/or program income amounts, will be $2,129,274.00.
2024 HOME Funding:
* Project 2024-009 Harris County Multi-Family Housing Development Program - deobligate $233,070.00 in PY2024 HOME funds. Total project funding, including previously awarded entitlement and/or program income amounts, will be $80,600.00.
2019 and 2022 HOME Funding:
* Project 2022-011 Harris County Single-Family Housing Program - deobligate $693,938.97 in PY2019 and $2,000,000.00 in PY2022 HOME funds. Total project funding, including previously awarded entitlement and/or program income amounts, will be $2,487,257.6...
