HCFCD Unit C116-00-00 consists of an existing reinforced concrete pipeline that transitions from a 72-inch diameter to a 96-inch diameter. A new 5,070 LF pipeline, with a uniform diameter of 78 inches, will be installed running parallel to the existing one.
