Background and Discussion:
Multimodal access is essential to support Harris County's goals for Safety, Transportation, and Public Health. Current gaps in the greenway network limit safe and direct access to major community destinations. These include Houston Sports Park, SaberCats Stadium, HCC South Campus, and South Early College High School. Connectivity to the future Hill at Sims is also constrained from both the northeast and southwest. Addressing these gaps will strengthen mobility, access, and overall community well-being.
