Background and Discussion:

The County and City entered into an Interlocal Agreement on November 12, 2024, to study roadway and drainage improvements along North Meyer Avenue. Changing project circumstances have made continuation unnecessary. Both Parties now seek to terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 3.B. No County funds were expended, and no reimbursement from the City is required.

Expected Impact:

Termination of the Interlocal Agreement will end all planned study and design activities for the North Meyer Avenue improvements. No financial impact is anticipated, as no County funds were expended. Both Parties will be able to redirect resources to other priorities without further obligations under the Agreement.
