Background and Discussion:
Project includes the maintenance of asphaltic pavement and general construction services at various locations throughout Precinct 1. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. There will be zero days and zero cost added to this contract. The Precinct has requested new bid item to be added. The new bid items are only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Change includes adding the following bid Items:
1- Item 113 - Furnish and Install Small Benches ($2,351.91.00/EA) (PCO # 4)
2- Item 114 - Furnish and Install Large Benches ($3,522.91.00/EA) (PCO # 5)
All missing in the current bid.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the requested work orders within the Precinct 1 limits.
