Background and Discussion:
Request by the District Attorney's Office to amend contract 23/0297 to add services for Constable Precinct 1 and Constable Precinct 5 to be able to investigate, charge and convict criminals that have used their electronic devices for illegal manners. This tool will allow us to have better tools to capture and convict criminals of Harris County. Funds for these additional services will come from the Constable Precinct's budgets, respectively.
Expected Impact:
This addition will support Constable Precinct 1 and Constable Precinct 5 to be able to investigate, charge and convict criminals that have used their electronic devices for illegal manners. This tool will allow us to have better tools to capture and convict criminals of Harris County.
