Background and Discussion:
The Project consists of the design and construction of a northbound exclusive left turn lane with 350' storage length and a northbound exclusive right turn lane with 250' storage from northbound Westgreen Boulevard into IH-10 development. Additionally, modifying the existing TXDOT traffic signal and pedestrian elements at the intersection of Westgreen Boulevard and IH-10. service road is within TxDOT Right-of-Way, and a Local On-System Agreement (LOSA) is required for construction. An agreement was fully executed on 4/18/2024.
LOSA amendment needed because TxDOT issued permit includes a condition to execute a LOSA amendment to revise the LOSA scope of work and cost Exhibit to match the recent design.
