Usage approval and payment processing for the subscription-based, HIPAA compliant application, SimplePractice(r). SimplePractice(r) securely stores all clinical documentation for clients served by the Harris County Sheriff's Office - Behavioral Health Services clinic and supports core operations, including scheduling, telehealth sessions, billing, electronic intake and consent forms. SimplePractice(r) is billed monthly at a rate of $99 base followed by $74 per clinician. An additional charge of $20 is billed yearly for Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code access.
